For those of you who have stayed in a studio on the outside of the BLT curve and the Inside of the BLT curve: Did difference in shape of the room materially affect the room? Is the living space noticeably smaller in the inside curve? Is it bigger on the outside curve? Did it make any difference? Did you prefer one to the other? Thanks in advance for help.
It is true that BLT's curvature affects the shape of the two-bedroom villas that are on the outer face of the crescent. However, the studio portion of ALL BLT studios have parallel side walls and DO NOT have any curvature. It is the living room walls that may reflect the curvature of the building.
Thus, there is no difference in terms of space between an outer-facing studio and an inner facing studio at BLT.
We recently stayed in villa #8028, which is an MK view studio on BLT's 10th floor facing toward the Southwest. Villa #8028 is part of Unit 62A, which contains a two-bedroom lock off and a two-bedroom dedicated. The room numbers comprising Unit 62A are #8026 (the one-bedroom portion of the lock off), #8028 (a studio), and #8030 (the two-bedroom dedicated villa). Across the hall from Unit 62A is Unit 62B, which is a dedicated two-bedroom villa. Its room number is #8029 and it faces the pool and Bay Lake.
Here is the floor plan for those villas. The floor plan is taken from the document filed by Disney with the Orange County Comptroller when Units 62A and 62B were recently declared for the
DVC membership. On the floor plan, Studio #8028 is about where it says "UNIT" for Unit 62A. If you look closely at the floor plan, you'll notice that it is the living room walls that have the curvature; the bedroom walls are essentially parallel.

Sandisw might be right about the bathroom, but I can't really notice any difference in the bathrooms according to the floor plan.
Hope this helps answer your question.
