We have 2 dd, one is 3, the other is 8 mos old. We have a 1 br at BLT reserved. Is the outside bathroom near the door big enough to hold a pack and play? Our daughter needs a dark room to sleep in

No, it is a small bathroom, don't think the pack and play will fit there. However, the curtains are very thick and I believe that once they are closed the living room should be quite dark.

There is actually some space in the entryway to the room that would work well. We used this space to store our luggage and stroller. It would also fit in the bathroom off of the bedroom.

Yes, it can actually fit a pack and play. I managed to get it in there by unfolding and locking it in place within the bathroom. I believe it won't fit through the door otherwise. It absolutely takes up all the room and makes the restroom pretty much unusable for anything else.

The disadvantage to using that bathroom is that it has a frosted glass door with a wood frame. (Whose brilliant idea was putting a glass door on a guest bathroom?!) Sound and light travel right through it. The better option is the laundry room off the living room. It's enormous, blocks out most light, and is much more sound proof. However, it limits your clothes washing abilities and if you're like my wife, that is essential.

The master bath also has plenty of room for it. Hope that helps.

The floorplan above does not show the huge laundry room and I'm not sure which units have it. We had two lake view dedicated two bedroom units and both had the large laundry rooms. However, the one bedrooms may not come with the large laundry room. It's difficult to tell since I can't even find a floorplan that shows the laundry room at all.

The lake side rooms are laid out a little different then the MK side rooms. Because of the curvature of the building, the MK side rooms have more space along the windows side of the room, while the Lake Side rooms have the majority of it's space along the entrance wall side.

So unless you have a Lake View room, ignore my advice altogether! I hope I didn't confuse you more! :upsidedow

We had a 4 year old and a 4 month old when we stayed at BLT in December in a 1bdrm.

I would probably consider putting the PNP in the master bathroom for night time and shut the door and then use the guest bath for nighttime as needed...

The area by the main entrance does get REALLY dark though and it is pretty quiet tucked away between teh laundry area and the hall closet...

And my 4 yr old slept on the sleeper chair - it was very dark with the blinds closed, we actually had to bring a nightlight and leave the oven light on to make sure no one would get hurt in the middle of the night!

I think the rooms with the large laundry area are on the inside of the crescent? does that sound right?

We had a 2 bedroom on the outside of the crescent and it had a very small laundry room.

Our BLT SV 1 bedroom had a stack-able washer & dryer in a closet, just like at the BWV. There was no "room". Our room was also on the outside of the crescent.

We stayed in a 1 BR at BLT and there was no laundry room. The stackable washer and dryer were in a closet.

There is an area between the hall closet and the laundry closet where the pack n play would probably fit, but that's where we kept our stroller (and we needed access to the hall closet - that's where the kids' clothes and shoes were).

Our youngest was 3 on our last trip. Even though he was in a bed at home, he requested the pack n play on our trip. (I know, weird kid :confused3) We put the pack n play in the master bath and it worked out fine. My older kids were 10 & 8 at the time and it was nice that the 3 yr old could have a quiet, dark place to sleep while the older ones were watching TV.

Here is a picture of him in the pack n play in the bathroom:

There was plenty of room for the pack n play in the bathroom.

I've had a 1BR LV on the inside of the crescent facing the pool area and it had a large laundry room.
