BLT Room Request

What is the best way to make a room request and how far out from our arrival date? Who do we contact? Thanks!

You can call MS or do the online chat feature through the website...that's how I usually do it.

You can request at any time...when you do makes no difference in you getting it or not, but they do begin assigning rooms about 3 to 5 days in advance...at least that is what I have heard...so I'd be sure to do it at least that far in advance.

You can also email MS through the website with your request. I usually make my request when I make my reservation.
