Stayed at BLT last week for 9 nights

LOVED the room, it was more spacious than other DVCs WE have stayed in (BCV and BWV) and much "newer": i.e. stainless steel, granite, etc
LOVED the pool, smaller can sometime be better for watching kids.....slide is awesome
LOVED the community hall, great for kids
Thought ambiance could better as compared to other DVC's
LOVED the monorail....hated the buses afterwards
Love the convience to MK and GF, where we love to dine
Ideally, GF would be the best location for us in terms of DVC (fingers crossed)
We would probably do a split stay next year at BLT with BCV
We were in a one bedroom lake view
I believe the studios are smaller than other resorts while 1 and 2 bedrooms are bigger
OUr Room Request (Lake View) was simple: North Tower, Even Numbered Room, and it was granted.....7712. VIEW was PHEOMANAL (spelling, sorry) You couldnt get a better MK view if it was an MK room JIMO. We were about 100 yards from Space Mt where the fireworks go off. MK was pretty much straight on as well. It was SICK!
Walk to MK is okay, about 7-10 minutes, but I prefer the Monorail unless it is late and it is packed....but we watched from the room so we wouldnt know....lol
Walk to Cont was fine as well, just elevator to 5th floor, and across the skybridge. The hallways at BLT are not long at all (compared to the others). We were actually 2 rooms from the north elevator and south elevator is where skybridge was.....walk not an issue at all
ToTWL: We rented points. We asked in the daytime if we could go up (You must ask at the desk on 1st floor BLT, then they walk you to "special elevator" to go up) and were told sure , just show your DVC card, room key, when you come back.....we went back later and the guy only asked for room key, NOT DVC key. 3 of 4 room keys said DVC member (mine did not) but wifes did, so we flashed it, nodded when asked if we were members and went up.....
