BLT question

Does anyone know if any DVC member can watch the fireworks from BLT? or do you have to stay at the resort...

As of right now, only DVC members staying at BLT on their membership (points or cash booked through MS) are allowed up to the TOWL.

If you are not staying at BLT you can't even get into the building. You need your room key to access the building, pool area, etc.

Thanks! I had been wondering about that and didn't want to waste precious Disney time especially if you can't even get in the building!
