Those of you who are in the know and i have read alot from you disrs, i don't speak much but robo comes to mind and wdwguru with spoodles :rolleyes1  :surfweb: :cool2: of knowledge. i am trying to get a sense of where blt faces inconjunction to the main bldg(cr). Will blt block the view of fireworks, i can't recall from the boards wheither, observation deck was on 4th or 14th floors of cr , and from the picks i can't tell if there is a spot for its own observation deck, i see a round space at the top but looks like a resturant. Any thoughts guys?

Not sure what is going to be in the circle... but I can tell you about the position of the new tower.

Picture yourself standing on the street in front of the Contemporary, the new tower is to the left and behind the main building of the Contemporary - so no, the view of the fireworks will not be blocked by the new tower.

BLT will not block any fireworks view from the CR. If you are in any of the MK side Tower rooms at CR or watching from CA Grille or the tower observation deck, the BLT structure will be behind and to your right.

The same goes for BLT - if you are watching fireworks from the MK view side or from any possible observation deck, the CR will be to your left and will not obscure any view of the MK. The two buildings are also situated such that both should have a view towards Epcot and DHS.

The view towards AK from BLT will likely be obscured somewhat by CR. If another similar tower ever replaces the CR South Garden Wing in the future, there will be obscured views from that structure - of the MK by CR for those in the south tower and of Epcot/DHS by ST for those on the lake side of CR and for those viewing from the North observation deck or the CA Grille. The south observation deck of the CR should still have a good view towards Epcot/DHS.

Stay tuned! :)
