BLT Pool Area

I'm going to be staying at BLT in October, and on our last day we'll have a large chunk of time between checkout and ME pickup.

1. Can we still use the pool that entire day? Will our room key work past 11am?

2. Is there somewhere to get cleaned up before heading out?

Yes, you can use the pool for the day and I believe, there are changing rooms and possibly a shower--not sure-- for you to use.

You can also use the laundry room to dry your swim suite(s) for the trip home.

You have full access to all the facilities of the resort until the end of the day at midnight on the day of checkout. You can use the pool, laundry facilities, changing rooms, showers, etc. at both BLT and at the Contemporary.

It's an excellent way to end your last day at Disney while waiting for the time to go home to come.

Brought this old thread back up instead of starting a new one. Where exactly are the showers at for either BLT or the Contemporary as next year we may be leaving a day after our AP expires but were thinking of a last day by the pool and maybe mini-golf.

No showers at BLT...have to go to the gym at Contemporary. No hair dryers either! Lockers next to the bathrooms, we went to MK for the morning, then after lunch came back, retrieved our swim wear from the locker and changed, put clothes in locker, swam, changed back and went to catch the ME...worked out great.
