BLT Pictures/Construction Status?

Hello - does anyone know if there is a thread out there that has updated pictures of the construction progress on Bay Lake Tower?

Here are some pictures from last Friday. There appears to be furniture up to about the 8th floor. They also took down a bunch of the scaffolding while we were there last week.

if they can open doing summer season - it might help WDW bottom line.

we can only use the points in Sept and later.

so think it will be cash only - if they open before Sept.

From what I understand, the DVC employees and CM's will stay at the new resorts when they are ready and they give critical feedback before the resort opens. This ensures that all the fine tuning has been done. I believe they are expected to be able to go in Aug.

It looks like the lower floors already have carpet, drapes, wall hangings, furniture, lamps, etc.

they don't necessary do this for DVC resorts - for WDW resorts definitely but too many owners find problems with DVC resorts.

my case at BCV - the air condition unit was not working properly and it was LOUD - hope that anyone who stayed in that unit before would have complainted.

when the problem was found - it was not put together correctly. so not a minor issue.

now the rental prices until Sept- will be cheap (if like others)

Thank you Bob and Spiceycat, that is really nice. Unfortunately, my site has had problems the past week (just in that I can't post new photos!) I had to put my latest set on a friends site, and I was there today - with my new camera with a 20x zoom, and I have photos where you can see a Space Mountain painting inside rooms. Hopefully those will go up this weekend (and if not on my site, then my friends site!) I love my new camera!

I have YouTube video also of the Contemporary BLT from a pontoon boat from 3 weeks ago. The most popular one (of 3 vids) is titled: Contemporary Resort DVC Construction, Walt Disney World. The same friend who is hosting my CR pics has been hosting all my videos.
