I don't think 7 month windows should be that much of a problem unless you are talking about holidays. It may initially be difficult due to being new, but not everyone will want to pay the high point cost of staying there. Time will tell!

Thanks for the pics - were you in a water mouse? I don't recall the boats from WL -> CR swinging so far to the left, but maybe your capt'n likes the BLT view too

I'm curious as to why they've had scaffolding up around the uprights on the walkway... all the way to the top of them too. I understood it when they were being poured, but after so long I assumed those would come down too... are they up to something else with those? They don't paint the outside of the CR/BLT do they?

It was the boat from contemp to ft wilderness. A trainee was driving so maybe that is why we swung out around the island and into ft wilderness. Don't know the route as we haven't taken it for a number of years.

No, that's right, I had forgotten the Ft W. Boats do swing around the island. I was wondering how you took a decent camera along and managed not to get it wet Again - great images Thank you.

From what I can see there does't seem to be a bad of a view from BLT from any point . Hopefully the parking lot is just as pretty since that's going to be our view for the next few years.

ditto!! From the front as of last week (no, I didn't take any pics) it really has very little scaffolding left. DH and I were talking about how quickly it seemed to be coming along, then low and behold we come home to the announcement that it's opening a month early
