BLT opening date...2009??

What are the rumors for a BLT opening date? The pts chart says 2009...when in 2009? I'm sure I've missed something somewhere!!

My guide told me on Mar. 1st 2009 I could phone and book a room for Sept. 1,2009 or later.

I'm planning on staying there Dec 2009.

I'm hoping to stay there in late 2010 or early 2011 - if I can find someone to rent points from. (Or, better yet - if I can convince DH to buy into DVC.)
