BLT help w/ room request

We've reserved a standard view dedicated 2 bedroom and a lake view studio (no standard view available) for 3 families including 6 couples and 7 kids. We'd really like to be as close as possible (hopefully the same floor and wing) so that the kids ages 5(with supervision)-14 can come and go between rooms with little worry. What's the best way to request this?

The way to do that is to have MS place on both reservations a "traveling with xxxx" notation and that you would like to be close together. It's still a request so may not happen or may not be possible but that way the room assignor will know you wish to have rooms close together.
