BLT first booking date

I was told when we could first book BLT for after Sept 1 2009 and I believe it was March 1 2009 but cant be sure.
Is this correct, for BLT owners only?
Non-owners are 2 weeks later, right?
And just as a side note for info only, when is first booking for the THV's for owners at SSR?
What about non-owners at SSR?

BLT owners can call for reservations (for dates beginning 9/1/09) on March 1, 2009 (11 month priority will be in effect). Other DVC owners can make BLT reservations starting on March 15, 2009 (7 month limitation is still in effect).

THV reservations may be made by SSR owners starting on February 8, 2009 and for other members on February 22, 2009. Those villas will open on June 1, 2009.
