BLT & fireworks

We are excited to have gotten 2 nts at BLT during our week long Aug. stay. We want to maximize these nights by using the lounge to view the fireworks, but we were wondering. During a busy season, like 1st wk of Aug., does the lounge get crazy? i.e. do you have to arrive parade time early to get a good view? We have never seen the lounge because during our DVC tour of BLT, our guide made it clear that LOUNGE WAS NOT PART OF TOUR. (Can you tell that it still irks me?

Can't imagine it will be a problem. The best fireworks views aren't from inside the lounge, anyway, but from the deck that wraps around the lounge. IMO, arriving about 20 minutes early should get you a great place on the deck.

Was just up there on Monday and was very empty. Have also been there in August and it wasn't very crowded then either.

I was in the lounge over Memorial Day weekend and there wasn't any issues with crowds.
