They installed a very small firepit right on the beach by the marina. They put a few out door chairs around it. It looked like something you would build in your back yard with a few landscape pavers - nothing to write home about. We had a perfect view of it from our 11th floor lake view villa. Never saw anyone use it all week when we were there in June.
I don't know, it's supposed to be near the Bay Cove Pool Bar and just behind the covered tables according the final declaration. Here's a screen print of the plan.
I'll be there on October 12th, so I'll be able to check it out then, if no one posts details.
The firepit is off to the side of the covered patio - kind of behind the hot tub. It's a nice size and there is kind of a half wall of concrete around it. It's nice to grab your towel, sit down and warm up by the fire after swimming.
Yup, the fire pit is just where you show it on the ground plan; I haven't really seen anyone use it yet, but I was there in summer ... I have a feeling it will get some use during the chillier months!

Surprisingly enough, a bunch of us were using it when we stayed there in July, despite the warmer weather. We were watching the water pageant in the distance. Some of the kids were also roasting marshmallows.
Last night some girls from the community center had a fire going. They had marshmallows for roasting. It's not huge but it's nice. We didn't see very many people using it though.

It is there and is very nice - we stood around it a few nights in July to watch the Water Pageant. The heat felt nice having just hopped out of the pool
