BLT direct buyers...how long did you have to wait?

We purchased AKV 2 weeks ago and got 2017 points added on, no maintenance fees. Dec use year.

Just a heads up....that's always the way it is....not an incentive.
You are in your 2017 UY. Had you bought on November 30 you would have gotten 2016 UY points (which they would have banked for you) and 2017 UY points and only paid 1 month of MFs in 2017.

MFs are by calendar year and points are by UY. (It's an important thing to understand when buying resale as well.)

Anyone have any more word on the waitlists moving? It hasn't for me.

I've been on the wait list for 25 BLT Sep UY points since December. I last checked in with my guide in mid Feb when DVC announced the new 75 point threshold. I'm already a direct member so I'm good for perks, but I was concerned about all the people suddenly going for 25 point contracts jumping ahead of me somehow. My guide said at the time that the wait list was sizeable but my position on it was good. Still waiting on BLT Sep UY to come up though. I'm assuming I won't get it until summer.
