No, just in SSR, DLR and if my memory is correct for exchanges.....

I believe they can only be used for II exchange and SSR.

i just talked with my guide. they can be used at ssr, dlc, and exchanges. she said there is a new addition of exchanges coming out in a couple of weeks and i should wait to see those before making my res.

i wonder if they can be used at the tree houses at ssr?

I would guess that after the end of the year when the switchover from II to RCI happens, you would be able to use DPs for RCI, and that's what the MS rep meant.

We're thinking about BLT. I think we need 75, but the good incentives are for 100.
