BLT dedicated 2-BR

I am renting points from a DVC member for an upcoming stay at BLT. We asked her to reserve a 2 BR dedicated unit because we want 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom. She sent us the confirmation but it does not say dedicated anywhere. Should it?

In January we have a dedicated 2 bedroom in Kidani and on the Member Site, the reservation does say "dedicated." On the printable reservation that lists the names of the guests, it only says "2 bedroom." So, the only thing you can do is ask the member to check the reservations on the member site, that should have "dedicated."

OP, if you reserve a dedicated 2 bedroom it will say it on the reservation. I had a dedicated 2 bedroom in November this past year and this is how it would look:

Arrival Date 10.31.2010
Departure Date 11.04.2010
Resort / Experience Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort
Accommodation Ded.2BR Standard View
Reservation Number ********8311
Vacation Points Used 140

If it doesn't have the "Ded" on it, then you most likely have a lock-off which means 1 Q bed and a Full size sleep sofa in the second bedroom.

Have your member look at their "upcoming" reservations to see if the "Ded" is listed on their reservations.

I have a 2 bedroom lock off at BLT in a few weeks and mine says "2 BR Lockoff".

So, which ever one you have will be listed. If it says nothing, then I would contact the owner and have him/her double check.

Ditto what PP said. Our reservation last January was for a 2 bedroom dedicated and ours is listed as this on the DVC website.

Log into the members' site and check your upcoming vacations. That's where my information is listed.

Just spoke to member services...at OKW if it doesn't say/ state lock-off it's a 2 bedroom dedicated..not sure why it doesn't sow...my ressie is also HH...

Your right...just checked on line and it does say on there...
