BLT construction work?

Just saw this and will be at BLT in April. Does anyone know what work will be going on?

Please pardon our pixie dust! In an ongoing effort to improve the quality of facilities and offerings at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, some locations will be undergoing enhancements starting in April 2016. While we are working our magic, you may see and hear construction taking place around the Resort. We will attempt to limit any work most likely to cause a noise impact to the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This refurbishment is expected to be completed in late fall 2016. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Was wondering about this too! It's our home resort and we looked at booking in December and was a little scared off! Seems to be a less extensive renovation than I thought...

Supposed to be done by December. We're also going then, but anticipate it will be over (April - October). Soft goods; carpet, furniture coverings, paint/wall paper, bedding. Should be able to turn a room in a couple of days at most.
