BLT check in?

Need a quick sanity check... check in for all BLT guests is at BLT (as opposed to CR) not just DVC members right?

I rented points at BLT last year and checked in at the CR lobby. Although we arrived late in the afternoon.

If you arrive via Magical Express, check-in is at CR. If not, it is at BLT.

Friends have a cash res (not points) arriving in own car during the day (before 10pm).

Just trying to make sure they check in at BLT as opposed to CR on a cash reservation.
