BLT would have 3 bathrooms in a 2 bedroom plus a dedicated 2 bedroom has 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom.

BWV has no dedicated 2 bedrooms, which means the 2nd bedroom is a studio. If you are going to give your parents the 2nd bedroom, that would work.

BCV has 3 types of 2 bedrooms -
Lockoff - 2nd bedroom is a studio
Dedicated 2 bedroom - 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & double sofabd
Dedicated 2 bedroom w/2 queens - 2nd bedroom has 2 queens

BLT is great for easy access to MK....especially when you need to return to the room for naps, etc. So if you're going to spend most of your time at MK, I'd stay there. Plus monorail access to other resorts for dining, etc and to Epcot. However, if you're going to spend a lot of time at the pool or resort itself, BCV would be better. The pool has a sandy beach around part of it so the kids can dig in the sand or play in the pool, which is really great for young kids like yours. Also plenty to do just walking around....kids will enjoy the boardwalk area.

With a 2 and 4 year old, you may find yourselves spending a lot of time at MK, so BLT would be the way to go. Plus there's a quick service restaurant in the contemporary, which is something BWV and BCV are lacking. Though i consider all the counter serve restaurants in epcot to be my cs choices at bwv and bcv. You really can't go wrong with any one of them so I'd base it on the parks you'd spend the most time in.

Btw. BC does have a little counter serve in the gift shop,

bc also has the pool area with quick service.

BLT - walking back and forth to the MK especially with little ones - well beats anything else.

no putting strollers on a bus - which means taking it apart - or small boat - now they can get on and off the monorail - but walking from BLT is actually faster than taking the monorail - once it leaves CR - it goes to TTC, then Polyn, then GF, then finally - MK.

so it is quicker to walk over - now coming back - the CR/BLT is the first stop - so it is up to you.

plus if the kids or your parents need a break - BLT is not a far walk from the MK.

really do love BLT!

Blt due to the ages of your kids and how easy mk access is. Plus, there is nothing as cool as looking out of your hotel window and seeing space mt and the castle!

I would go with BLT because of the proximity to MK and I think the pool's splash area and the small slide that's in the main pool would be fun for the kids.

Character meals at contemporary by blt and bcv are SO fun! Ice cream at cafe at bcv is too.

Which park is the most important for your family? If MK I would no doubt so BLT. If Epcot then I would do either BW or BC.
Also since you have toddlers I don't know if pool important for you. I don't think either Epcot resorts have zero entry pool.
SAB pool is much cooler than the scary clown pool. But BW also has a smaller kiddie pool area so they don't have to go to the clown pool.
Good luck deciding!

Honestly if MK will be your main park you can't beat BLT for location.
With 2 toddlers that will require nap time being able to stroll them to the monorail or back to your room without taking them out of the stroller we think is so convenient.

When the grandkids are with us, we generally will choose BLT for the reasons sited here. They have a zero entry pool, plus a toddler slide. They have a splash zone too. Our little ones never liked walking on the sand at SAB, so no interest for them. Since we do spend more time at MK when they are with us, nothing beats zipping in and out of MK and not dealing with buses, boats, or even monorails (if you choose not too).
