BLT 1BR Avail, MK view, Oct, 7 months out?

Any one hazard a guess on the chances at booking a 1 BR, MK view at BLT, for mid Oct 2015, at 7 months out?

Considering a stay there..but really only interested in an MK view. We are AKV owners, and LOVE the rooms/savannah views there..but are entertaining switching things up for an upcoming trip.

But, if the chances of booking are essentially nil....we'll stick with AKV.

Doubt it. We were able to get a one bedroom Lake view villa for October two years ago at seven months out, but even that was hard to get. With F&W and MNSSHP going on, October is very popular.

Why not book AKV at 11 month mark and try to change at 7 months. You never know! I just got BWV standard view for this October.

We might....but I think if we book AKV, we'll book a 2 BR. And it's a little harder, bookkeeping wise, to switch that over to a 1BR MK view at BLT.

Maybe book the 1BR for Kidani...try for a 1BR MK..and if not, THEN switch over to a 2BR at Kidani.

IDK...we're iffy on the BLT rooms, anyway...

I was able to get this 2 months out for spring break 2014, but I only wanted one night. We had 7 nights at Kidani and I wanted to add one more night. Couldn't get it at Kidani, but I could at BLT.

Yeah, we're looking at 8 days...over Columbus day weekend.

In thinking it through, I have a feeling, to do this, we're looking at the wrong week, in the wrong month.

It's no big deal..we really do LOVE Kidani. Were just considering a change for this trip. Maybe for our mid Jan 2017 trip.....

You just got it now? That had to be a cancellation that the wait list didn't pick up. The availability tool shows October completely sold out for standard view studios & 1 bedrooms.

In 2013 we got BLT lake view studio at 5 months out. We had booked SSR and went on wait list and it came through in a week...just for 3 weeknights in mid Oct.
