I wonder if ROFR will be exercised more frequently and at higher price points above $100?

Can't imagine they want people buying BLT at 40% discount on resale market as it would hurt direct sales...

I know what you mean....I was like when I found out about the $150/pp increase. I am so glad we bought when we did last September. We want to add on, but I think we are going to just buy into another contract at a different resort (hopefully BCV). It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out in the future.

Ha!! Some years back, before BLT, some were predicting the Poly would be the future Grand Daddy resort, selling for $100 pp!
If DVC ever does build a Poly resort... $200? $250??

I still do not think it will open that high. BLT is at $150 because they are almost sold out and they want to stick to the uninformed buyer who thinks they cannot get BLT at all unless they buy at DVC's price. I predict GF will open at $140 and discounted $20 to $25 pp. So if you buy GF early on you should be able to get in around $120 pp. Just my prediction of course.
