I keep forgetting to ask this. We always stay in 2 br but I often think that we could probably suck it up for 2 or 3 nights in a 1 bedroom if we want to have a longer trip...if we split to another resort and stay in a 2 br. Thanks

Yes, they do. The only notable difference is that the master bathroom shower has a rainfall shower head in addition to the regular one.

Thanks...just went over to All Ears and looked at the picures. There are parts of BLT that interest me, but something about some of that decor that just doesn't appeal. I never liked the old decor in the CR either. However I want to try it out sometime and being close to MK for 2 or 3 days would be SWEET too.

I went back and looked at the pictures again. I don't like the head boards on the beds. It just JUMPS out at you. I guess the 1 and 2 bedrooms have these. I like the main living area/kitchen fine. That pool looks fun.....our boys would like that a lot. I guess until I try it..I won't know for sure anyway. I think BLT will be like any other DVR resort..there are things that we like/don't like at each of them. Nothing HUGE but little things I guess. However I love all things DVC so if it means a trip to DISNEY..I can stay anywhere and have a great trip.

I agree, but the headboard actually looks like an outdoor chaise lounge or lawn furniture. Seriously. Woven plastic.

DH loved it; me, not so much.

I'd encourage you to give it a chance in person. Maybe you don't like the headboard, but man, I bet you love the soft, comfortable, bedding! And the kitchen...just wait until it's time to make something in the kitchen and more than 1 person can move around, or you have a place to put all your food without having to stack stuff on top of the fridge!

I agree, the decor just isn't for everyone. It is my absolute favorite - I think Disney does a good job of themeing resorts, but I've never been a fan of the heavy mix of patterns in the resorts - I think the old Boardwalk Inn decor minus the postcard drapes was my favorite, and it was probably the most low-key. BLT came along and it was perfect for me - modern decor like I'd find in a W Hotel, but with the monorail with some seriously cool Disney artwork and touches.

I think the artwork at BLT is very cool. I wouldn't mind having some of those pictures.
