Maybe, but his risks are much higher. Next time it's criminal trespass and that's a criminal record and possible jail. I have no problem with his ban since he had done this many times.

How can they keep him out of all the parks?

Well for one, like someone mentioned, finger prints.

They will get all of his personal information, DOB, SS#, address (current and former).

If he was to try to make an online or over the phone reservation he would be shut down completely.

It's really not that hard for the Mouse to keep someone out if they really want to.

I certainly done condone his behavior. He could even be putting himself in danger without the proper training.

I'm positive the top reason for banning him is all about safety. I have not watched all of his Disney videos, but I did just watch his River Country one. Seriously, he was lucky to get his son and himself out of there without injury. People like this keep pushing the limits. Who knows where his next sneak peek would be? I remember the first thing my sister told me she was taught as a CM on Small World (rotated between rides) was how many pumps are in that water, and what they could do to someone if they got near one. (They mean it when they say keep those hands out of the water folk!) And Disney has many far more dangerous aspects backstage than just that one ride... they're everywhere. Disney's done such a good job of keeping millions of guests safe that people tend to forget the words "caution" and "danger" can apply to Disney too.

This guy was endangering himself as well as possibly CMs and guests if he happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and touch the wrong thing. None of us want to hear of an injury or death at one of our our favorite places on earth, and certainly not one caused by such a stupid stunt.

I'm sure secondary to safety is the image he's given to the public of Disney and the fact that he'll continue to do it just for the attention he gets by posting those videos. People like that just don't stop wanting attention because they're slapped on the wrist. It takes something major to get them to rethink their actions and motivation. Hopefully by stopping him other would be "explorers" will bypass the opportunity to get behind the scenes footage.

Also, the ban will allow Disney to prosecute him for criminal trespassing if he's ever caught on their premises again. Not something an intelligent person would risk.

Technically true, but that's what they're commonly described as.

A lot easier to call them that then biometric scanners that identify certain points on your finger and resolve them mathematically to a number using a one-way hash algorithm.

If Disney would have stopped this at the beginning when he first started *exploring* where he *knew* he was not supposed to be, it would have been better all round. They should not have let it escalate to this point.

There are *reasons* why there are places behind scenes that are off limits, and most people respect that. He seems *way off* in that video explaining about his being *booted* out of Disney.

The only challenging thing would be the finger print scan but even that can be defeated. Everything else is easy. With that being said i think lifetime was harsh but then again he was a willful repeat offender. Now only if our justice system were as swift and consistent as the mouse...

Personally I think Walt would have used Adam's enthusiasm and talent to Disney's advantage by offering him a job. Adam is a genuinely nice guy.

A 30 day ban would have put the fear of the Mouse into him. A lifetime ban is over the top. However, I do respect private property rules.
