Add me to the list of people who will forever call it peopelmover. DH has only been to WDW after the name change but he calls in peoplemover too because I do - lol.

I won't be back to the world for a while, but i'm glad to see it's back up for everyone else and glad to see so many riders in the pics near the end. Anybody else notice they didn't even bother to redo the seats though? Seriously, how much would it have cost for replacement pleather?

Yes ... you'd think they could have used the time to fix up the seats. Shame on you Disney!

Was the soundtrack the same? I only as becasue when I did Dine with Imagineer our Imagineer was part of this project and mentioned how dated and crackly the sound was and that he was considering redoing it or cleaning it up. (of course it was met by a few gasps)

Love the TTA. I really missed it during my trip this summer. From what I have read, it's pretty much unchanged. On one hand I'm happy they didn't turn it into Stich's TTA Dance Party Adventure or some other nonsense. On the other hand, I'm a tad bit disappointed. I was hoping for a little bit of a + since it was down for so long. I guess we will have to wait and see what SM renovation brings.

Anyone else a little disappointed?

I hesitated about posting the picture showing the seats. I agree they could have fixed them up. The spiel sounded the same to me. It struck me though how quiet it is on the ride through since Space Mt. isn't running.

Yay my favorite ride to relax on. I am bummed I was over there this afternoon and never went into MK. Just got some sushi at the Poly to take home for dinner. If I had known it would have called for a ride over to get one trip on TTA in. I really missed it. Thanks for the heads up Kathy.

I would be all for a re-mastering and digitizing of the original soundtrack, I wouldn't want it redone though. I'm not really one of those "don't ever change anything people", even when they redid my favorite ride, Spaceship Earth, I loved it but TTA and Carrousel of Progress are two I would rather they kept as is (other than some clean up or animatronic enhancements of course)

I am pretty sure it wasn't down for a referb at all. I was of the impression that it was down because of the SM referb and the fact they didn't want it going through there while the construction was being done. That doesn't mean they couldn't have done a little to it but I just don't think it was in the plans.

What does the track lighting look like? I saw a Youtube video where it looked like the track lighting was flashing different colors. Does it now do this? Glad to hear it's up and running!

awesome to hear its back up and running, I love that ride....tho I shall always call it the wedway people mover! Now I just need Space mountain to open as scheduled...currently its due to open the day before I arrive in Novemeber
