Blockout dates for seasonal AP for 2019?

Does anyone have an idea of when the 2019 blockout dates might be available? I'm trying to plan a trip for late March/early April next year, and I don't know if those dates will be blocked out, or with Easter being so late next year, is that what drives the blockout dates? I know that I could upgrade my passes to something other than seasonal, but I'm curious, too.

I think you should be OK if you stay away from the week before and week after Easter, EXCEPT on the weekend Mardi Gras concert nights you will be blocked from US. I think concerts are every Saturday at the minimum, and also many Sundays. Mardi Gras runs through April 4. But it is all speculation until the official announcement of blockout dates.

Block out dates are simply driven by high attendance. If the kids are out of school or if there is a concert, you are going to have block out dates.
