Blockout Dates for AP dining discount?

I know that TIW is blocked out for certain holidays. Does anyone know if AP and/or DVC dining discounts have blockout dates as well? Wondering if I can use any discount at all on Independence Day... guessing not!

I think certain restaurants are blocked out on holidays. I believe generally the non- Disney owned ones. Last summer we ate at Via napoli and we could not use AP discount on july 4 there

Only the restaurants in Italy don’t take the AP discount on Independence Day. All the other restaurants do.

Thanks. Does anyone know if the DVC discount is excluded as well? We have reservations at Via Napoli on the 4th.
