Blockout dates for AP dining discount

Tables in Wonderland discounts are blocked out for certain holidays, including July 4th. Does the same apply to AP/DVC dining discounts. I assume so, but thought I'd ask!

AP discount is valid even on holidays, with the exception of a few restaurants, like Via Napoli and Tutto Italia.

And of course last year our July 4 reservation was at Via Napoli. It was the only restaurant we ate at on the 15 night trip that we wouldn’t have gotten a discount for that day.
