Blocking the Google Images at the Bottom of the Page

Is there any way to moderate or even block the images that are populated by Google at the bottom of the page? I'm really tired of seeing a woman's rash covered thighs every time I scroll down. I also question the appropriateness of some of these images for a family friendly site.

Get an ad blocker, I'm guessing the pictures you're talking about are ads because I've never seen them. I assume they subscribe to an ad service and have no control over the content.
