Blockbuster? Definitely a BUST - vent of course

I've seen other people commenting on Blockbuster lately. I just wanted to add my vent. My sister has the 3 movie deal - she has one movie. No others will ship. I on the other hand, returned my one movie on October 6th, they logged it in on the 8th and have sent me NOTHING since. Yesterday I got an email saying they shipped a movie. Today they sent an email saying they received that same movie back. I never even got it! "If it is an error, simply add it back to your queue" Um - no - how about I simply cancel my account!

Wow. Switch to Netflix. I get one day turnaround with them!

I used to get that with Blockbuster. Something is def going on with them...

Must be... lots of BB folks are switching to Netflix because of the difference in service.
