Block party bash and parade of dreams?

We are going to DL in late January, some nights we are there the BPB is at 5:15 and the parade at 7:00 is it possible to do both and if so, what's the best way?

Yep sit close to the front of the park at DCA then when the Bash is over walk over to DL (be warned others will have the same idea). You should be okay to find a place to sit for the Parade of Dreams, Town Square seems to be the last place to get crowded.
