Officially, no. But buses from most resorts to AK drop off Guests at BB on the way to AK, so you can hop on any bus with the destination "Animal Kingdom & Blizzard Beach" and ride it to AK. There are lots of buses coming in on the way to AK thru early afternoon, but they grow sparser as the day wears on.

In the afternoon, you can also board a bus from BB to any resort except AKL or All-Stars, as it will be returning to AK after the resort. CSR is the closest to BB and probably the best choice. Just check with the driver to make sure the bus will indeed be returning to AK.

There's usually a Transportation cm wearing an orange safety vest in the BB bus area later in the day. You can ask them for assistance.
