How does drink refills work at Blizzard Beach? We have an old mug (about 2 - 3 years old) that had a bar code so we could refill it for the day. Is it possible to use the mug again and pay for a new bar code to get refills for another day.

It's $5 for a new sticker that has a new bar code.

What is a bar code?

the bar code is the sticker on the side of the mug that allows you to scan the mug and refill your drinks for that day only. You need to purchase a new bar code sticker for use on another day.

Just got back yesterday and the new sticker price is $6.

If your buying a new mug don't forget the option of adding a meal to the price for 15.97, the deal includes refillable mug, any entree from the menu (some cost $7) and a ice cream cone $3.50 value. This is a good deal if you need a new mug.

Returned from trip last week - Blizzard Beach/Typhoon Lagoon unlimited refills are indeed $6, but a CM told me that they only have seven bar-codes. If you have an old cup with a bar-code, it should just have a day of the week on it and should always work on that day. Looks like my visit's will always be on Tuesdays from now on.......
