Hi i'm 12 and going with my family to disney in october but we don't have that much time :hourglass which one should i go 2 :confused3 typhoon lagoon or blizard beach ????? ps I usually only go on Scary , big rides :cool1: so can you help me decide???? :grouphug: thanks

The slides are bigger at BB. However, TL has a new roller coaster type water slide. Most teens prefer BB because there are more slides there, too.

Crush 'n Gusher at Typohoon Lagoon is great fun, and it's 3 separate slides so you get 3 distinct rides. There's also the lure of the wave pool, humunga Kowabunga and the shark reef.

Blizzard Beach has Summit Plummet, but other than that the remainder of the slides are a bit more straightforward. I'd do Typhoon Lagoon for more variety over at C 'n G.

I have a 14 year old who also loves the big scary rides in the parks. We have been to both water parks.

I asked him his opinion. Though he likes both, if he had to choose just one, he thinks that TL is funner because it has the wave pool and more variety.

You also might not have a choice. You didn't mention what days you were going to be visiting. BB is closed the end of October so double check the days the water parks will be open.

Have fun!! :earboy2:

My kids like both, but if we can only go to one, they like BB better. More slides and the lazy river is better, in their opinions.

bb is going to under renovation in november so you may want to check and see if it will even be open in october. typhoon lagoon will be open-we went there and had a great time (all levels of water rides plus alot of shade to relax in).
