Blizzard Beach AP discount?

We want to go to Blizzard Beach the day after our annual passes expire, but we were wondering if the blizzard beach tickets can be purchased ahead of time to take advantage of the AP discount. If so, where can you purchase them.

If you are staying on property, they can be purchased at your resort. Otherwise, I am not sure where else you can purchase them.
