Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon Prizes

Could anyone give me a run down of the prizes or the levels needed to achieve to get prizes for these games?

It seems that the "free play" Blizzard Beach gives downhill slide pieces. Does the "puzzle mode" give codes as well? Are they random or does the "puzzle mode" give out uphill slide pieces?

Just curious.
