Blizzard beach and play pen question

We are planning on going to Blizzard Beach in May and was wondering if it is o.k. to bring a pack and play pen there. My daughter will be 10 months old then and I know she will want to get down and play and not be held all day.
Any ideas would be helpful for bringing a 10 month old to Blizzard Beach.

It is quite a walk to the beach area from the parking lot, I wouldn't want to carry it nor on the way back to the car after a long day. plus the beach area gets very crowded with only a few inches separating families. Is she going to sleep in it at night then because sand will get all thru it and that could be difficult at night. Why can't she just get down on the sand and play? my kids loved to play in the sand at that age! just put down a beach blanket and let her play in the sand.

Thanks that is a great idea, I didn't even think of that. We were there 2 years ago and I forgot about the beach.

I wouldn't suggest a PnP at BB either. As prev mentioned its a looong way in, its going to get trashed and there is not much room to put it.

My SIL usesed a "neat sheet" everywhere we went last year and it was great. Inexpensive, durable and lightweight, maybe you can use that on the sandy areas or in the shade on the grass.

I asked Disney this same question a few weeks ago. Yes, they are allowed. In spite of everyone else's responses, we may still bring one. There will be times when I want dd contained and not crawling off into the water if I need to tend to my older dd. I have also bought a little pop-up cabana (looks like a mini-tent) from BrU that I may use instead. It has a smaller footprint and packs smaller, and weighs practically nothing.
