Blizzard Beach after DAK?

Looking for some advice on scheduling two days in DAK/BB, in mid-May, with two kids, ages 7 and 9, and also trying to fit a Tusker house breakfast in. Staying at WL, without a car, arriving on a Saturday.

Constraints: DD9 wants to ride EE many times over, DD7 hates rollercoasters/dark rides/etc. Both love BB (we'd probably do more than one day there).

Which one would you do?

(A) Early EMH at DAK on Monday, with DD9, then meeting up with DH and DD7, fitting in a few more things, maybe another EE on a FP for DH and DD9. Late breakfast at TH. Attempt to get FOP FP for "after TH". Hoping to get to BB in the afternoon.

[Con: this day would be "squished" between two busy MK days; also would be the first day at BB, so kids may be disappointed if it's too busy.]

OR:

(B) 8am or 10:40am TH breakfast on a non-EMH day; ride whatever we can ride after. Time-permitting, go to BB after.
[Pro: Later in the trip, so more chances to get FOP FP; also less pressure to get to BB early, as we would have been there already.
Con: less time to ride EE (?).]

(1) What would you do? (In particular, how bad is BB on a Monday afternoon, mid-May? -- we had only ever gone there in the morning ...).
(2) For (B), would you do 8am or 10:40am breakfast?
(3) If we choose to skip the early EMH in favor of the waterpark, does it make sense to plan a late afternoon at DAK on the early EMH Monday, after the waterpark (e.g., if we manage to get FOP FP for that afternoon), or would it be too packed?

We have done a combined AK/BB day twice now and here are some thoughts:

I would recommend doing the EMH at AK. This would enable your DD to ride EE multiple times, which you will not likely be able to do if you go to AK in the afternoon. Generally from what I've seen, the early EMH is the best opportunity to ride several rides with little to no line, compared to arriving in the afternoon.

The first time we did this, worked out perfectly. Morning in AK, afternoon at BB.

The second trip we tried to do this, a couple of glitches.

Keep in mind that your FP option for FOP may not come up until later in the afternoon. We planned to be done at AK by noon on an EMH day until the earliest time I could get on a FOP FP was not until 2:30pm. You might want to try to get it in before TH if you can.

When we did get there, there was an afternoon thunder storm which required them to close BB due to lightning threats. Best laid plans...

Thanks, Jessie! Looking through other threads, too, I guess we will go for the EMH and then decide on whether to do breakfast/the rest the same day or on a different day, depending on when/if we get the FOP FP.
