Blister free for the first time!

After being lame with blisters 4 years ago, even with moleskin, as well as this past March in Las Vegas, I soaked up all the advice I found and was blister free and in heaven last week. What worked for me?

Suave spray deoderant on my feet, and the Cool Max socks! I couldn't believe it- I still packed bandaids, moleskin, and blister bandaids jus tin case, but never needed them and never even got a hot spot. I wore the same sneakers in Vegas, so it must have been those 2 items that made the difference!

I also had NO shin splints either, I was in heaven!!

I love, love, love the spray deoderant trick! I spray deoderant on the bottom of my feet in the morning, and haven't had blisters on my feet in many, many WDW trips. My family thinks I'm crazy, but it works!

I wonder if the odor eaters foot spray will work just as well? If anyone has tried it please let me know.

Body Glide worked wonders for our entire family. Not a single blister or hot spot.

I've just stocked up on Moleskin for our trip in a few days.
What is body glide??

A body lube for feet and skin (use it on chafing spots before they become truoblesome). Hikers swear by it, as do people on these boards.
