Blink is not working

I just read on another board where they took someone points away from the other day. The 54,000. They still showed up as your total but when she clicked view account the subtracted them

I Finally got into Blink tonight. I can confirm they subtracted the 54000 points from the other day. It was also working so poorly tonight I gave up for the evening. I wish I could have cashed out the other night but it wouldnt let me. The pts on this program have really shunk in the couple of months ive been doing it.

When I open blink the first screen shows the number with the 54000 but after i did one screen and went back it showed a much lower figure even though the sign in screen is reading higher. Id
suggest going into the redeem page to see what thats reading. Looks like we may have lost it.

Yup, mine are gone too. I went to the redeem page and it said I had the points but when I went to redeem the little $5 webbie I had enough for it told me I didn't have enough and then it displayed my new total. Bummer, I started this program the other day when the 54k points were up, thought I'd be stupid not to. But I guess I should have take the $5 webbie as soon as I had enough for it. Oh well, it was good while it lasted...those few days!

This is really weird now. I just tried to redeem for a 10 webbie with 96,000 points and it told me I am trying to redeem a 96,000 point webbie and I only have 128,140. Ok well to me that says I have more than I need. Must be a glitch. I have 32,140 more than the 96,000 it requires. it has to be a glitch.

Thats exactly what it said to me, but then when I went into view my account it showed the lower amount without the 54k points from the other day. Then when I went into detail and scrolled down the points for creditinsight were down to zero.

I cashed out after getting those points, now my account is showing a negative point balance.

Wonder if I'll ever see that Blink webbie that they owe me from March!!!

Why do reward programs punish us for their "glitches" and why does it take so darn long to get rewards??????? Oh yeah, and why do WE have to email them numerous times to get rewards/points that we deserve!

I also have a negative balance. I cashed out for a $20 amazon webbie . I knew it was to good to be true. Oh well.

I'm with you! I think that they should have to eat their glitches just like the airlines do.

I've been on the Dis boards for about a year now and at least 2 times I've seen posts where US Air has had a glitch that people got airfare for $25!!! Now that's a glitch to gripe about.

Mine are gone as well...I also heard that if you cashed out for over the 54,000 then you will have a negative balance! I didn't cash out ONLY because I figured they would take them back and now I am glad I didn't...

Mine are gone too! And now, right in the middle of doing blink, I can't finish it....the authorization code thingie won't show me the last 2 numbers!!
