Okay, I'm in a bad mood right now because my ears won't pop! I can hear my heartbeat in my head, it's very odd, and I can't hear that well either. I tried popping them: plug nose and blow, blowing nose, and for godsakes I even went upside, idk why xD
But no matter what I do it won't help, it just makes them worse
Any ideas to help me?

Try plugging your ears too.
Are they like plugged and you want to pop them back to normal, or do you want to pop them like you're on the plane pop?

Get them back to normal so I can hear! A little bit of it popped, but I still can't hear correctly

Ahahah.
I just popped them by accident.
Try blowing harder, and there's a way you have to blow, or it does nothing at all.
Or you could try getting water in your ears and let it drain out.

hold your nose, and close your mouth, and use the air to build up pressure, it'll pop your ears.

I tried that, no matter how hard I tried, it popped, made a weird noise, and went all un-popped again

This is soo un-ladylike, but I chugged a whole can of soda

OMG! i had the same thing the last two weeks! they finally popped wednesday! i tried everything! i think they'll just pop when they're ready. and yes, it is very annoying, but you'll get used to it.....

I have that I think... Or at least I had it. My ears were clogged and I couldn't hear anything. I went to the Doc's and they tried to unclog it but nothing was "coming out". My ears have always had a waxy problem. The wax in my ear is very stiff and doesn't like to budge. I'm not sure if I still have it or not, I can't tell the diff.
