YES! I got one today. From "unknown sender" with "no subject" and totally blank. I reported it as spam and made sure all my anti virus software was up to date.
That is what mine are, no subject, no sender, just completely blank, but I am getting about 10 a day, very strange ! Another one just came through.
I have a few different email addresses with work, home, gmail, other family members emails etc and the one I use for Disboards is not used for many things and it is only that email address of mine that is getting them, so...... I thought I would see if anybody else from Disboards was getting them and then I will know it's a Dis problem
I wondered if it's connected to the subscription of posts, although I could be completely wrong as I have just created that in my mind its not based on anything other than a thought
I just went into my spam folder and looked at the message again. In the details notes, it said "sent by disboards". So, I guess it is a problem on this end.
Ah I found it! I have a Mac and I know how to look up the message properties on a PC but didn't know how to do it on a Mac, but I just found where to do it.
And Yes, it has come from boards@disboards
Thank you I have been wondering if I have some virus which I didn't think Mac's got as I am getting about 20 a day actually, I just looked and I have had 10 in the last 12 hours! Sometimes almost every hour and couldn't see where they were coming from being no sender, no subject and nothing written in the message. But have now found they are definately fron Disboards.
