Black out at the contemporary resort

We just got back from a wonderful trip, but on our last night we parked at the contemporary to see decorations there and at the other monorail resorts and when trying to get back to the Contemporary the monorail was stopped and we were told there would be no more monorail service as the resort was with out power. Anybody know what happened?? This was after midnight. A bus was provided and we were taken back to a dark resort, with only a few emergency lights on. We felt so bad for the poor people getting off who were staying there.

There was a similar thread the other about the power out at another resort...looks like that one was a planned test of some sort.

There had been planned outages at a few resorts so far so I wouldn't be shocked if this was the same thing. All of them were late night (after midnight) as well.
