Black Hole

Hi all,
I wanted to see if anyone has ever had any luck getting a response from sending a letter to the Black Hole. Not a CL application- I know those get gummed up for long periods of time. But has anybody used Contact us for a question or problem, and actually heard back from VMK? I had found the 50 hidden Mickeys back in January, got my credits, but the link for the PDF never came up because I got DC'd. I sent a letter to Contact us on 1/23/06, 2/8/06, 3/8/06, and again on 4/10/06. I have only ever gotten back the canned auto response of "Thank you for your e-mail...We are looking into your problem and will get back in touch with you shortly" Never an actual response. Four months is too long. Has anyone ever heard back from them?

Oh yea they always say we will get to it shortly but i had a cl request and they e mailed me saying You just swamp us will e mails so back off or we will suspend your account
