Black cat names

My black dog is named Starbuck. I had a black and white cat growing up named Groovey.

I love "Snowball" for a black cat, that's what The Simpson's black cat is named

Other suggestions:

Spot (like an ink spot), Indigo, Spooky (obvious but still good), Millie (for Malificent), B.C. (black cat), Sally (from Nightmare Before Xmas). I like the Egyptian sounding names for cats too - Nephertite, Cleo and the like.

we used to have a black cat and his name was Bob, unfortunately he got run over an is now no more!

I think I would have to call another black cat something like Snowy, or Whitewash,
We now have two, 10 week old kittens, they are brother and sister called Tot and Tia, they are bonkers!

My black cats were Ebony(who recently passed away) and Onyx. We meant to get a white cat the second time and call it Ivory, but Onyx chose us instead, LOL. My grandmother always had black cats and they were always called Spooky.

My Black Cat was Gizmo, from the movie Gremlins....most of my animals have names of movie or TV characters. Red Cat was TONTO from the Movie Harry and Tonto, and I had a golden retriever named Maxwell Smart from of course Get Smart!

I have recently (and temporarily) acquired a black cat.

Her name is "kitty" or "Kitty kitty kitty" or "you little slut."

DD thinks "Shadow" is a better name, but a better name might imply that she's staying, so I frown upon that and won't use it. DD does, though.

I've called our cat that, too, only flipped around. Didn't post it because you know someone would read it as English and be offended. But I like it.
