I loved this program. I finished it in mid Nov and only ran 6 days in Dec total but I ran 40 minutes straight this week with no problem. You have to remember that how long and how far you run is as much in your head as it is your legs/feet. If you just keep telling yourself you can make it, you can make it. I remember dreading the 3 minute run. I was so scared. Kinda makes me laugh now that I know how far I've come.
