BJ’s Credit Card Question

Is anyone familiar with this credit card from Capital One? One version says it earns 5% “rewards” on BJ’s purchases. Does this produce an instant 9% effective savings rate on DGC purchases?

No idea, but read the fine print on their agreeement to see what is/isn't included in those discounts. Gift cards are really another form of 'cash' so some stores limit the incentives offered on them.

it might work out that way-my costco visa card from citibank gives me the full costco level rewards on gift cards i buy there. you can always call their customer service (the credit card company) and inquire as well.
