I just tried to switch my Chefs de France ADR to Bistro de Paris and they told me that they book that 30 days out. I thought that was strange. It that normal.

Yes - Bistro only takes reservations 30 days in advance. Don't worry - you shouldn't have any trouble getting in.

And the food is wonderful!

It's been that way for the last couple of years. They don't take the dining plan, so maybe that has something to do with it.
