I was looking on the Dining Calculator and it was saying that for Bistro de Paris one could only book 30 days in advance. Is there more to this dining experience that I am unaware of? Other than it being a fine dining French establisment of course. I'm wanting to eat there in February, but now I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing.

No, I just think it's a little fancier (and more expensive) than the other restaurants in the park. I would put it probably somewhere between the signature restaurants and V&A.

To put it in comparison, if I'm by myself I can usually get away with dinner for $20-25 at most restaurants--even the signatures. Here, I was out around $60. Of course the $6 bottle of water didn't help...

The food was very good however. If I found a bag of money by the side of the road, I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.

We had dinner there for the first time last December and definitely recommend it. The food was amazing. Our waiter was fantastic, made wonderful recommendations for both food and wine. My husband and I have an ongoing argument about which is better Victoria & Albert's or Bistro. I think V&A he thinks Bistro. The only complaint i had about the place was that the hostess downstairs was less than warm & fuzzy. Not outright rude, but definitely lacking. Our waiter more than made up for it.

Thank you! It was just odd to me that all the other places were 180 days out, and Bistro 30 days.

I am most definetly looking forward to this one. I can never get DH to go for French, I'm making him this time.
