Can anyone give me some information on this restaurant in France/EPCOT on the 2nd floor??

It sounds like a nice restaurant.
How's the food? Do I need to dress up other than "business casual"?
Can you view "Illuminations" while/after,eating?

We went in 02 for our anniversary. We loved it and can't wait to go again!

Business casual is fine.

The food was wonderful and the waiter spent alot of time with us talking about the choices and making suggestions (which we tried and loved).

We were there during Illuminations so our waiter moved us to a table by the window so we could watch the show. We could not hear the music but enjoyed it anyways. Also, he encouraged us to take our time with our meal so when we finally left (around 11pm!) we had the park pretty much to ourselves. It was an incrediable experience.

(I guess I am saying GO FOR IT!)

We went there this year for Valentines Day and absolutely loved it. I have a review over on Deb's website.

Le Bistro is fantastic. You can see/view illuminations partially if you have a window seat. Small windows, limited view, still nice.
